Mid State Sports, LLC operates this site to manage worker accounts, game assignments, scheduling, payment preparation, direct deposit onboarding, tax profile collection, platform communications, and related administrative workflows.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, profile photo, account preferences, worker roles, availability, assignment responses, score submissions, tax profile information, direct deposit information, and payment-related records.
We also collect operational records generated by your use of the platform, including login and security events, account status changes, assignment history, payment preparation records, audit logs, and administrative notes needed to operate the platform.
Direct Deposit And Plaid
When you choose to connect a bank account through Plaid, Plaid may collect your bank login credentials or other authentication information directly through its secure interface. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials.
After you authorize a connection, Plaid may provide us with information needed to verify and save direct deposit details for the account you select. This may include institution name, account type, account mask, routing number, account number, Plaid Item ID, Plaid Account ID, verification status, and related request metadata.
We use Plaid-derived information only to verify and maintain direct deposit information, prepare payment workflows, prevent duplicate or stale bank records, respond to account access changes, and satisfy security, audit, legal, and operational requirements.
How We Store Sensitive Information
Bank account, routing, tax identification, and related sensitive payloads are encrypted in our database. We store only masked display values, such as the last four digits of an account number, outside the encrypted payload where needed for account review and user confirmation.
Plaid access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only for permitted Plaid lifecycle actions, such as verifying account data, disconnecting an Item, or responding to access revocation events.
How We Use Information
We use account and platform information to create and manage accounts, verify eligibility, assign games or shifts, communicate assignment and payment updates, collect tax and direct deposit information, prepare payment records, provide support, protect the platform, investigate issues, and comply with legal or business recordkeeping requirements.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers and connected platforms that help us operate this site, including Plaid for bank account verification, payment or payroll providers, email providers, hosting providers, and scheduling or sports-management platforms connected to our operations.
We may also share information when required to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect users or the platform, complete payment or tax workflows, or support a business operation involving Mid State Sports, LLC.
Retention, Disconnects, And Revoked Access
We retain personal information only as long as needed for platform operations, payment and tax workflows, legal compliance, audit history, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business recordkeeping.
If you disconnect a Plaid-linked bank account, we attempt to remove the Plaid Item through Plaid and delete local Plaid-derived direct deposit data that is no longer needed. If your worker account is offboarded or deleted, we also attempt to remove active Plaid Items and clear related direct deposit data.
If Plaid notifies us that you revoked permission for an Item or account, including USER_PERMISSION_REVOKED or USER_ACCOUNT_REVOKED events, we clear matching local direct deposit data and stop relying on that account for ACH or direct deposit workflows unless you reconnect and reauthorize the account.
We may retain limited audit logs, payment records, tax records, or security records when retention is required or appropriate for compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
Your Choices
You may update your account information from your account page. If Plaid is enabled, you may disconnect a linked bank account from the direct deposit section of your account. You may also contact support for help updating, correcting, or removing information where deletion is permitted by law and compatible with required business records.
Security
We use administrative access controls, encrypted storage for sensitive payloads, audit logging, and account review workflows to protect platform data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we design the platform to limit access to sensitive information and reduce unnecessary retention.
